Instructions
Payment is due at time of registration. Please select the gender and quantity for each student and/or counselor that you are sending to camp this year, then click “Add to Cart” for each selection. If you are registering multiple students, select the quantity of each. Your spot at camp is not held until your payment has been processed for each student/counselor.
(For instance, if you are registering 1 boy and 2 girls, first select boy, Quantity 1, then “Add to Cart”, then select girl, Quantity 2, then “Add to Cart”. Same process for Counselors.)
Once you’ve added all of your students/counselors camp fees to the cart… you may proceed to checkout (using either the green cart icon in the lower left corner of the page, or the button that says “Proceed to Checkout” and process payment for all of them at the same time
You do not have to checkout for every registration individually like you have in past years.
You do not need to checkout before all of your sign up forms have been submitted.
Then, fill out a form for each student and/or counselor planning to attend camp and hit SUBMIT after each individual.
Student Sign Up Form
Attendance to GenNXT Camp is for members of a CREC church. If your student would like to participate in this year’s camp and is NOT a member of a CREC church, please send us a message on the Contact Us page with the student’s name, the name of the church they attend, the pastor’s name, and phone number. We will approve those students on a case-by-case basis.
Counselor Sign Up Form
For the transparency, liability, and integrity of our church and camp, we require that each camp counselors/volunteers have an annual background check. This is done by a third-party and if you submit the form below, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the background check. Please complete the process as soon as you can after receiving it.
